Monarch 301 is the premier student living community for GSU and Statesboro, GA. Nestled in the heart of east Georgia, our community is home to 546 unique individuals. As a Leasing Specialist, you’ll be the key to helping future residents find their new home and providing top-notch service to our current residents. Your friendly and approachable energy takes center stage in this role as you build connections within the community and beyond.

What You’ll Do

• Hospitality: Be the go-to person for our residents and prospects. Whether you’re answering questions, helping with leases, assisting with work orders or a package, you’ll make sure everyone who contacts our office feels supported.
• Sales & Leasing: Show off our community! You’ll give tours, follow up with leads, and find creative ways to reach out to people looking for their next home, whether it’s online or out in the local area.
• Social Media Engagement: Help us stay connected with our residents through engaging posts on Instagram and Facebook. The goal is to create a consistent, locally relevant and engaging account that people can check for any milestones, updates or need-to-know info!
• Event Planning: Identify ways to partner with local businesses. Pop-ups and partnerships are popular with our resident base. Send personalized invites to our residents to bring awareness to the event and increase attendance. Help set up, host and take down the event.

Experience You Bring

• Well developed customer service and communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for our community and sales goals.
• Knowledge of marketing tools such as Instagram, Canva, HeyMarket, etc.
• Preferred experience in planning events and/or partnering with local businesses.
• Working knowledge of software platforms such as Slack, Asana, Google Suite and more.
• Degree or background in Sales, Marketing, Business, Communications, and/or Public Relations.

Compensation Package

• $16/hour = $33,280.00 Annually
• Commissions: $2,000 - $5,00 Annually
• Milestone Bonus: $1,000-$5,000 Annually
• Onsite Rental Discount: $3,660 - $11,500 Annually
• Health Insurance: $6,683 Annually
• Estimated Annual Compensation: $46,623 ($22.40/h) - $61,463 ($29.55/h)
