Your Job Phillips-Medisize, LLC is seeking an entry level Quality Inspector to support manufacturing production at our Magnesium Molding facility located in Eau Claire Wisconsin. Second shift : 3 : 00pm-11 : 00pm.

- Perform inspections per control plans / inspection plans, document results, and make start-up decisions
- Operate precision measuring instruments in accordance with approved procedures
- Complete capability studies and gage R&R analysis
- Interpret visual and dimensional quality criteria to operators
- Participate in problem solving activities
- Provide assistance with the MRB process
- Work within a team environment to complete other quality related duties as assigned
- Generate necessary Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts, and review charts for violations of established rules of stability and capability
- Participate in problem solving activities Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Quality experience in operations and / or inspection experience in a manufacturing environment What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience working in an medical device manufacturing facility
- Experience working in an SAP or ERP system
