Irrigation Install Tech

What You’ll Do:

• Take an active role in the installation of irrigation systems and projects that keeps lawns and landscapes thriving
• Work closely with our experienced Irrigation Crew Leader to ensure efficient and high-quality installations
• Diagnose and repair irrigation systems to ensure peak performance
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite for safety and efficiency
• Handle tools and materials with care to ensure every system is built to last
• Communicate effectively with team members and our customers to deliver an outstanding experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on irrigation installation is preferred; or relative experience, skillsets, and a strong willingness to learn the trade
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with irrigation system components or a strong desire to gaining further expertise
• Team Player: Ability to work well under supervision, follow project instructions, collaborate with other crew members, and willingness to assist fence, deck, and landscape crews (as needed).
• Customer Service: A genuine dedication to client satisfaction and clear communication
• Attention to Detail: Precision in everything you do to ensure long-term success
• Work Ethic: Reliable, hardworking, and committed to delivering high-quality work
• Self-Motivation: Eager to develop skills, stay current with industry trends, and take initiative in daily tasks
