Job Summary:
The receptionist is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. This role involves managing the front desk, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support to various departments.

Monday - Wednesday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Thursday & Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting Visitors: Welcome visitors ensuring they feel comfortable and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Managing Phone Calls: Answer incoming calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, gift ordering, project support, shipping and other tasks as assigned.
- Maintaining Records: Keep accurate records of visitor logs, phone calls, and other relevant information.
- Office Supplies: Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to multitask, reliability with confidential information and attention to detail. Travel booking experience a plus.
