CNC Operator 1st Shift

Phillips Staffing is seeking a 1st shift CNC Operator to join the team at company in Fountain Inn that specializes in retail interior décor including the design, manufacturing, and installation!

Responsibilities :

  • Load and unload equipment and materials (mainly wood materials)
  • Log and record readings for equipment and procedures
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion
  • Provide innovative solutions to improve efficiency
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance on the plant

Requirements :

  • Previous experience in plant operations or other related fields
  • Familiarity with CNC Machines, especially working with wood materials
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

    • Shift Schedule :   1st Shift, Monday – Thursday, 6 : 00 am – 4 : 30 pm OR 7 : 00 am – 5 : 30 pm, some overtime on Fridays

    Pay Rate :   $20.00 / Hour

    Salary : $20
