Creeler 1st Shift

Phillips Staffing is hiring for a 1st shift Creeler to join the team at a manufacturer of textile and polymer products in Spartanburg, SC! The Creeler is primarily responsible for setting up, maintaining, and operating machinery to create yarn and other textile products.

Responsibilities :

• Set up : Ensure the correct materials are in place for each production run
• Operate : Monitor machines that twist, weave, or spool products
• Maintain : Perform routine maintenance, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts
• Adjust : Make adjustments to the machine during production runs
• Inspect : Check the quality of products coming off the machine
• Prepare : Prepare materials to load into the machine
• Report : Write maintenance reports and count inventory
• Loading yarn and thread into the creel
• Splicing yarn together
• Following a production schedule
• Maintaining a clean work area.

Requirements :

Shift Schedule : 1st Shift, 8 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm, Monday - Friday

Pay Rate :   $19 / Hour
