Phillips Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented individual with customer service experience for a Customer Service Representative role in Piedmont, SC! The Customer Service Representative (CSR) performs all duties related to all Palmetto Pass and Violation Processing requests, inquiries and complaints.

Responsibilities :

  • Open, maintain and close Palmetto Pass accounts.
  • Initiate, research and finalize Violation Notices. Process payments made using cash, check and credit card.
  • Data Entry using MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Answer telephone calls in a polite, friendly and professional manner.
  • Process correspondence accurately.

Requirements :

  • Must have at least 3 years of prior experience in a high volume customer service call center
  • Ability to fluently speak English and Spanish
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Ability to multi-task Maintain accurate data entry threshold (99.5%)
  • Maintain professionalism and composure with customers and co-workers
  • Possess excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt immediately and unhesitatingly to changes in procedures or schedules
  • Ability to make mathematical calculations
  • Ability to prepare complete reports Work with minimal supervision
  • Possess knowledge of Office Equipment
  • Possess knowledge of Personal Computers
  • Must be able to climb stairs and lift up to 40 pounds as needed

    • Shift Schedule :   1st Shift, 8 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm, Monday - Friday

    Pay Rate :   $15 - 20 / Hour, Based on Experience

    Salary : $15 - $20
