Phillips Staffing is hiring for a Lead Operator to join the team at a manufacturer of textile and polymer products in Spartanburg, SC! The Creeler is primarily responsible for setting up, maintaining, and operating machinery to create yarn and other textile products.
Responsibilities :
- Set up : Ensure the correct materials are in place for each production run
- Operate : Monitor the machines
- Maintain : Perform routine maintenance, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts
- Adjust : Make adjustments to the machine during production runs
- Inspect : Check the quality of products coming off the machine
- Prepare : Prepare materials to load into the machine
- Report : Write maintenance reports and count inventory
- Lead, coach, and provide effective feedback to team members.
- Following a production schedule
- Maintaining a clean work area.
Requirements :

Pay Rate : $14 / Hour
