Job Summary:
Ability to ensure that the Corporation is in compliance and satisfies the needs of the Corporation’s accountant. Ability to create reports as needed regarding the record keeping and employees information. Ability to monitor cash flow and resident’s accounts. Ability to create monthly budget reports for the senior staff. Ability to assist the Executive Director with the budget development process on an annual basis.
Essential Functions:
The Finance Director manages the functions of the business office. Generally establishes department work plan and priorities to assure timely completion of department responsibilities in conformance with company policies and procedures.
