Phillips 66 is seeking a talented Assistant Director, Brand Creative to join our Brand Marketing Center of Excellence team in Houston, TX. As a pivotal leader within the Brand Marketing team, you will contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects, including motion graphics for short-form social media, graphic design for digital and print materials, and high-impact presentations. This role is not just about execution-it's about bringing strategic and creative vision to life while ensuring every design aligns with the company's brand standards and goals.
We are looking for a passionate individual with strong visual design expertise and the drive to grow within the role. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, willing to handle administrative tasks, and can manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. Thriving in a fast-paced environment, they must be a team player with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities May Include :
- Develop and execute designs fordigital and print, including start-to-finish video storyboarding, motion graphic design and graphic design, while adhering to brand guidelines and meeting deadlines
- Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations and templates utilizing Slide Master, that are aligned with brand standards and corporate messaging
- Manage and organize digital assets and metadata within our digital asset management system
- Collaborate with contract vendors and designers to coordinate projects and obtain print quotes
- Prepare final files for digital and print production
- Lead tutorials on PowerPoint and the digital asset management system for internal teams
