Position: Business Development & Administrative Specialist (Full-Time)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Reach out to schools, sports teams, and event organizers in our area.
- Use every tool available—cold calls, emails, networking events—to build relationships and secure contracts.
Building Relationships
- Be the go-to person for schools, athletic organizations, and agencies.
- Maintain open, honest communication to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
Closing Deals
- Sell high-volume photo and video production services tailored to each client’s needs.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing that make sense for both the client and the company.
Collaborating Like a Pro
- Work with our photography and production teams to ensure every client gets exactly what they expect—and then some.
- Communicate effectively to guarantee seamless delivery of services.
Staying Hungry & Curious
- Keep an eye on trends and opportunities to innovate and grow within the industry.
Scheduling & Coordination
- Organize meetings, appointments, and calls for potential and existing clients.
- Coordinate with the photography and production teams to align schedules with client needs.
Client Records Management
- Maintain accurate and organized client files, contracts, and invoices.
- Input and update client information in the company’s CRM system.
Office Organization
- Ensure the office is well-organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist with maintaining an efficient workflow, including tracking orders, project deadlines, and client deliverables.
Administrative Support
- Prepare and distribute proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients.
- Answer incoming calls and emails to assist clients with inquiries and requests.
- Organize and track expense reports and sales metrics for reporting purposes.
What Success Looks Like (KPIs)
- Revenue Generation: Bring in $10,000 in new business each month.
- Client Acquisition: Lock in 5 new contracts monthly.
- Retention: Keep 90% client satisfaction through stellar communication and follow-through.
- Activity: Make 50 contacts weekly and attend 2 networking events per month.
Compensation & Perks
- Hourly Pay: $18–$25/hour (depending on experience).
Bonuses:
- $100 for school and sports organization contracts
- $500 for quarterly sales milestones.
- $200 for renewing client contracts.
