Photo Booth Operator

Philly Photo & Philm is looking for outgoing personalities to deliver, setup, and operate a photo booth at various locations in the NJ, PA, and DE area for events such as, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, and corporate events, to name a few. Events typically last 3 to 4 hours and 2 hours allocated for set up and breakdown. A day could be 6 to 8 hours long when including travel.

During the activation, the attendant shall positively engage and assist guests with the use and operation of the photo booth, replace ink & paper as necessary, maintain a clean area, equipment, create stunning setups, etc.

Your basic duties will include:

• Delivery of photo booth equipment to job location located in the NJ, PA, DE area.
• Travel anywhere from 20 minutes to 2 hours from company studio located in Blackwood, NJ 08012.
• Setup and operate the booth for the duration of the job. This includes lifting equipment, connecting cables, preparing props or a scrapbook, and running several tests on the functionality of the booth.
• Interacting with the guests, encouraging the use of the booth, and making it as fun as possible for everyone at the event!
• Ensure the booth is operating correctly, any paper or ink changes are done immediately, and providing reprints for guests.
• Properly break down equipment and return all equipment at the conclusion of the event.

Requirements:

• MUST be available Nights & Weekends (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday)
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Possess reliable transportation & ability to transport portable photo booth equipment
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Work unsupervised
• Maintain perfect attendance and timeliness. Because of the nature of our business, perfect attendance is a must! We do not tolerate late/no shows
• Be courteous, friendly, and professional at all times. Always represent the brand well
• Able to interact well with all groups of people
• Understand back-end operation of the photo booth

Compensation:

• Training Provided
• Following training, contractor will earn hourly rate as described
• Up to $30/hr based on skill, work ethic, reliability, etc.
• Opportunity to make tips

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 18 per week
