Job Overview
We are seeking friendly and efficient Team Members to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while accurately processing transactions, playing a key role in the morning production process, and baking fresh Pretzels daily.
Shifts also available at our Shrewsbury Walmart location. (698 Shrewsbury Commons Avenue, Shrewsbury, PA)
Responsibilities
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their purchases.
- Upsell products to enhance the customer experience.
- Baking Pretzels, prepping dips, restocking inventory.
- Producing fresh product on a daily schedule.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Able to lift 50lbs.
- Able to work on feet for extended periods of time.
- Able to work in a team environment.
- MUST be able to work EARLY mornings.
Experience
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for transaction accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help customers with their needs.

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
