ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Ensure that all PSI safety procedures, rules and regulations are followed and met;
- Offer hardware, software and application support across all platforms, including PCs, Macs, iOS/Android devices, and Cisco VOIP phones;
- Respond to help desk calls from internal and field employees, providing problem resolution through phone, email, remote access and in-person;
- Prepare and deploy hardware, desktops, laptops, and mobile platforms;
- Maintain all printers, including deployment, troubleshooting, and supply management;
- Maintain and track all IT hardware inventory and software licensing;
- Manage and coordinate support for Mobile Devices and Service Plans;
- Provide basic network hardware installation and configuration assistance;
- Provide basic Active Directory management and server application support;
- Participate in on-call afterhours support rotation on a scheduled basis;
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILTY
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred or equivalent Associate Degree
- Prior experience with server hardware, software and applications
- 2-3 years’ experience in desktop support preferred
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Environmental exposures are similar to those found in most heavy industrial settings and may include noise, heat, cold, vibration, dust, fumes and smoke. Work may be carried on indoors or outdoors, and may involve exposure to inclement weather conditions.
