Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Small Engine Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience repairing and maintaining a variety of small engine equipment, including lawnmowers, chainsaws, trimmers, and other power tools.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair small engine equipment from brands such as Toro, Stihl, Husqvarna, Kawasaki, and others.
• Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and tune-ups.
• Test repaired equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
• Order and replace parts as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and offering maintenance tips.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Small Engine Mechanic or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of small engine systems and components.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in a physically demanding environment.
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in small engine repair or a related field is a plus.
• Knowledge of additional small engine brands is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
