Job Description
- Design all promotional graphics for social media, emails, website and in store signage
- Send regular emails & texts to customer database
- Work with our website manager to make seasonal website updates
- Work with supervisors and store managers to plan and execute Phina events
- Responsible for all social media
- Plan, design and execute all social media content and maintain a consistent and on-brand social media presence
- Drive in-store and online sales via social media
- Work with Phina supervisors to establish social media goals then consistently work to achieve those goals
- Respond to all questions, DM’s, requests, etc
- Analyze data such reach, engagement, followers, etc to identify what works and what doesn’t
- Stay up to date on platform features and trends and make recommendations for growth and improvement
- Look for opportunities to grow exposure with promotions, collaborations, etc
Requirements
- Social media and relevant marketing experience required
- Must be available 4-5 days per week, weekend hours may be required
- Minimum of 32 hours per week with some time spent in each Phina store
Salary : $18 - $24
