Job purpose

We are seeking a creative and talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting all areas of the business in creating visually appealing and effective designs in line with brand guidelines. Reporting to the Global Brand Manager, you will work closely in collaboration with the Global Design and Creative Specialist to support our design service requests across the organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the design team, to develop concepts and designs for print and digital media, including brochures, websites, social media graphics, email campaigns, and more.Coordinate, communicate and work with the wider Global Brand and Communications Team, regional sales, marketing functions, and external partners.Assist in the creation of designs that are visually appealing, on brand and effective, in communicating information to our target audience.Modify and revise existing designs to meet business needs or to improve design quality.Research and stay up to date on design trends and best practices to ensure that our designs are innovative and effective.Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree required in graphic design or related field.3 -5 years of relevant experience in a design roleProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.)Basic understanding of print and web design principles.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to take direction and work independently.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.A strong portfolio showcasing design skills and projects.Knowledge of design trends and principles.Familiarity with project management and workflow tools such as Microsoft Planner and Teams.What we offer
