Responsibilities: As a Territory Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to drive new business and revenue growth by acquiring new clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential business clients across various industries. Use research, cold calling, networking, and inbound leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Sales Presentation: Create and conduct tailored presentations that address client pain points, showcasing the value of our solution.
- Negotiation & Closing: Guide prospects through the sales cycle, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet or exceed sales quota.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and client needs to continually adjust your sales strategy.
- Sales Reporting: Track all sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in our CRM system (e.g. Salesforce) and report on pipeline status and revenue forecasts.
Requirements:
- Relationship Builder: Strong ability to develop rapport and trust with decision makers, and create long term client relationships.
- Goal Oriented & Motivated: Self driven with a strong desire to hit and exceed sales targets. We are looking for someone who thrives in a performance based environment.
- Problem Solver: You are able to understand the client and tailor solutions to meet those needs, while positioning your offering as the best choice.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: You should be confortable and confident speaking with business owners, managers, and executives. You will need to clearly communicate complex information in a concise, compelling manner. Proficiency in Spanish language is preferred.
- Adaptability: Comfortable adjusting your sales strategy based on different customer needs, markets, and challenges.
- Proven Experience: Prior experience in a client facing role, preferably in the B2B sector is highly desirable.
- Detailed Oriented: You will need to be highly organized, managing multiple clients accounts and ensuring all interactions are tracked and followed up on.
