We are currently seeking a Laboratory Technician for our Phoenix, AZ location.
Scope Of Position
The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for conducting various tests and experiments, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring that all procedures are followed accurately and safely. The role requires a strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues with lab equipment.
Principal Responsibilities
There are no supervisory responsibilities in this position.
Work Environment: Working 100% of the time in a manufacturing facility setting. Subject to noise from machinery used from time to time. Exposed to customers' products when operating and testing machinery.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Some overtime required as business needs dictate.

Principal Responsibilities
- Sampling incoming raws.
- Perform routine testing and analysis of samples (biological, chemical, or physical) using various lab instruments and technologies.
- Record, analyze, and interpret data, ensuring accurate and clear documentation of results.
- Maintain, clean, and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Maintain inventory of lab supplies and order new materials as needed.

Education And Experience
- Associate's degree in Laboratory Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or related field. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 3-5 years' experience in the nutraceutical industry preferred.
