Located just outside of Findlay Market, Pho Lang Thang is a scratch kitchen restaurant serving up classic Vietnamese dishes in a lively atmosphere.

WORKING EXPECTATIONS:
We expect all of our team members to act in a professional and respectful manner that represents the restaurant and staff well. This includes demonstrating teamwork in all areas of the restaurant and working with a positive attitude in all situations. We can achieve this by communicating clearly with managers and team members. All team members are to follow safety and sanitation rules and laws at all times. This position will require you to lift up to 50 pounds.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests, by welcoming and warmly greeting guests on arrival and departure
- Manage the efficient and timely seating of our guests to a table that best serves their wishes.
- Maintain dining ambiance by helping fellow staff members pre-bus, call out tables for bussers to clear, and run food when time permits
- Book reservations, take to go orders and answer questions about the restaurant at the counter, over the phone and online.
- Pack to go/delivery food and drink items properly by following restaurant guidelines and receive payment.
- Keeping a good work environment with a positive attitude, and helping fellow staff members when needed
- Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety standards
