Responsibilities of Team Members
- Greet guests as they enter the restaurant
- Enter orders into system for dine-in and take-out guests
- Preparing and packing orders on the food line, bussing tables, running food, and cashier
- Maintaining a clean workspace by cleaning before, during and after shifts
- Assisting in the training of new Team Members
- Perform food preparation tasks
- Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, and utensils
- Clean restrooms, restock products, and empty trash containers
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned by manager on duty
Qualifications for Team Members
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to exceed guest expectations
- Friendly and good attitude towards guest and team members
- Follow appropriate food safety guidelines
- Ability to work minimum of 6 hours, bend, stoop, and lift a moderate weight
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule including evenings and weekends
