Pho Prime is a casual restaurant that serves Vietnamese food such as pho, vermicelli, rice, eggrolls, spring rolls, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Supervising and overseeing the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes, procedures, and restaurant standards.
- Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring to hire Back of House employees.
- Manage and train a team of restaurant staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines.
- Utilize Toast POS to process orders and payments
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Meet restaurants financial and budget objectives
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Culinary background or knowledge is an asset
