Responsibilities for a Chaplain with Phoebe Wyncote:
Responsible for conducting a variety of spiritual programming and providing for
the spiritual needs of the residents and families; offering support to staff; recruiting and retaining volunteer support for weekly chapel services and visitation; acting as mentor for CPE students/interns; outreach to religious communities, and institutional advancement.
Requirements for a Chaplain with Phoebe Wyncote:
- Master of Divinity; ordained or licensed for ministry within denomination or faith tradition; ecclesiastical endorsement or eligible for endorsement.
- Minimum: 2 units of CPE (preferred 4 units CPE).
- Experience in institutional chaplaincy required; experience in congregational ministry desired.
