Responsibilities for an Executive Director of Marketing and External Relations with Phoebe Allentown:
- Provides strategic leadership and management of marketing and sales departments.
- Provides strategic leadership and management of the public relations program for Phoebe.
- Grows the community outreach for and perception of the organization through community initiatives and boards.
- Implements strategies to achieve goals assigned to the departments as established in the operating plan
- Oversees and facilitates the licensing and trademarking for all Phoebe logos and wordmarks.
- Leads the development of the annual budget for the marketing and sales departments and adheres to budget parameters.
- Ensures that the department and all personnel adhere to established operating policies and procedures along with outside regulatory requirements.
- Provides periodic reports to the President/CEO/CFO and other groups as required throughout the organization; prepares and submits quality assurance and/or statistical reports.
Requirements for an Executive Director of Marketing and External Relations with Phoebe Allentown:
- The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families, and coworkers.
- Master’s Degree preferred, BA in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
- Five (5) years’ experience in leading the overall marketing, sales, and community outreach strategy in a large not-for-profit setting including health care, education, or social services. Prior record of success in selling a product or service.
