Responsibilities for a Gift Officer with Phoebe Allentown:
The primary responsibility of the Gift Officer is to identify, cultivate, and solicit donors and prospects on a continuing basis, consistent with the fundraising goals of the Office of Philanthropy and the organization. This role includes a specific focus on developing and expanding corporate giving programs to increase support from businesses and organizations. The Gift Officer conducts personal, meaningful connections to gather information that strengthens relationships, moves donors through the pipeline, and supports Phoebe’s overall gift efforts. The Gift Officer works closely with the Executive Director of Philanthropy and Major Gifts Officer to foster strong relationships with Phoebe donors, employees and corporate partners.
Requirements for a Gift Officer with Phoebe Allentown:
- The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families, and coworkers.
- Minimum three to five years' experience development, fundraising, or related position preferred, preferably with experience in corporate giving or sponsorships.
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
