Responsibilities for an IL Manager with Phoebe Allentown:
Responsible for developing, implementing, and achieving annual goals and objectives as established in the operating plan for Phoebe Terrace; ensuring the facility's compliance with various operating policies and procedures and various regulatory requirements; communicating and interfacing with other departments and management personnel; supervising assigned personnel; providing periodic reports. Maintains and has direct supervision of the quality of life programming and wellness program. Provides support educational programs to staff and residents.
Requirements for an IL Manager with Phoebe Allentown:
- The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families, and coworkers.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field is desirable.
- Three (3) years’ experience in a related position preferred.
- Proficient reading, writing, grammar and mathematic skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills. Working knowledge of relevant federal state and local regulations; and demonstrated management and supervisory skills; Comfort in using computer.
