Transport Independent Living residents to / from designated locations in a safe and timely manner while providing excellent customer service and serving as a representative of the Phoebe organization.
Requirements for a Driver with Phoebe Emmaus :
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- A minimum of six months’ experience in a bus driver position preferred.
- Must have a current CDL Pennsylvania driver’s license and a clean driving record and meet Phoebe’s current MVR (Motor Vehicle Report) criteria.
- Proficient oral communication skills; excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to assist in loading / unloading resident assistive devices such as walkers / wheelchairs.
