- Operating and maintaining computerized tomography (CT) scanners to produce high-quality images of the body
- Preparing patients for CT scans, explaining procedures, and ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process
- Collaborating with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
- Providing excellent customer service and communication skills to patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A vocational or technical degree in Radiologic Technology
- At least 1-2 years of experience in CT scanning, preferably in a hospital setting
- Certifications/Licensures: Certified Computed Tomography (CT)(ARRT), Basic Life Support (BLS)
