Education -
- Bachelors in Healthcare Administration or related field
- MHA or MBA is preferred
- 4 years experience in acute clinic environment
- 2 years of progressive management experience in a clinic setting
- Strong people interaction, people management, conflict resolution and staff development skills
- CMPE or FACHE certification is preferred
