Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare Quality Unit as a Clinical Quality Improvement Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting data in a systematic and ongoing process, identifying issues and developing diagnoses based on assessment data, and prioritizing data collection based on the patient's condition and needs.
Responsibilities: Develops an individualized plan with strategies that address diagnoses; Provides for continuity through a plan that directs other members of the team; Implements the plan in a safe and timely manner; Documents implementation and includes changes or omissions of the identified plan; Consults with healthcare providers and makes referrals as appropriate; Utilizes appropriate community resources and systems to implement the plan; Documents and submits required information and data in a timely fashion.
Qualifications: Current Georgia license; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; 1 years of Nursing Experience; Strong background in nursing with a focus on quality improvement; Excellent communication and analytical skills;
