Key Responsibilities

1. Collect and analyze patient data in a systematic and ongoing process
2. Identify issues and develop diagnoses based on assessment data
3. Prioritize data collection based on patient condition and needs

Requirements

• Current Georgia RN license
• BLS certification
• 2 years of nursing experience preferred
