Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered care that meets the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify risks, and develop interventions to prevent complications
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare teams
- Participate in educational programs and training sessions to enhance clinical knowledge and skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution (Preferred)
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Georgia or eligibility for licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Advanced Stroke Life Support (ASLS) certifications
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
Working Conditions:
- Fast-paced hospital environment with moderate noise levels
- Exposure to limited hazardous substances or body fluids
- May be required to change tasks quickly and work variable shifts, including overtime
