Job Requirements

• Attend staff meetings and complete mandatory training on time.

Working Conditions

• General environment: Well-lit, air-conditioned area with moderate noise levels.
• Moderate to high noise levels and bright lights may be present.
• Limited exposure to hazardous substances, body fluids, or infectious organisms.
• Frequent task changes without loss of efficiency.
• High stress and fluctuating workloads may occur.
• Overtime scheduling may be required.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy (Required)
• Experience: 1-2 years Respiratory Therapy (Required)
• Certifications and Licenses: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - NICU RRT only
• Skills: Organizational, Communication, Interpersonal, Customer Relations, Analytical, Grammar/Spelling, Read/Comprehend Written Instructions, Follow Verbal Instructions, Transcription, Basic Computer Skills

• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye-foot coordination
