Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Sterile Processing Department. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and develop policies to ensure efficient instrument sterilization processes.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with 3 years of management experience in sterile processing, preferably in a hospital setting.
Certification as CRCST or above through IAHCSMM is a must. Additionally, the candidate should have a strong ability to follow verbal instructions and read written materials effectively.
