Job Summary:
Qualified candidates may have the option to work from home! We are currently seeking motivated individuals to work full-time or part-time Monday - Friday. Our office hours are from 8:00 a.m.- 6:30 p.m. NO WEEKENDS!!! Flexible Schedule! $2500.00 Bonus after completing 6 months of service. This position receives incoming calls from repair facilities reporting mechanical claims and applies technical expertise to investigate the cause of failure, verify coverage and negotiate fair cost for repairs. Our company location is close to Miami International Airport. No insurance adjuster license required.
Responsibilities:
- Place outgoing and take incoming calls in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Apply automotive technical knowledge to address each claim.
- Verify coverage against requested repairs; verify repair costs of parts and labor using Alldata, Mitchell and other national labor time guides.
- Use professional verbal communication skills with callers and written communication skills to document claims.
In some cases, assign independent inspectors to investigate claims, review reports and photos to determine applicable coverage.
Qualifications:
- Mechanical knowledge in automotive and/or RV repair systems.
- Skilled in diagnosing automotive mechanical failures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills and a high level of patience.
- Ability to multitask.
- Proficient typing and computer skills.
- ASE certifications or factory equivalent a PLUS!
