We are a well-established used car dealership in Garden City 100-120 Units of Luxury, Clean titles low miles vehicles, seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in automotive sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets.
• Deal Closing: Assist and coach salespeople in closing deals while personally stepping in when necessary to finalize transactions.
• Performance Management: Monitor individual and team sales performance, providing guidance, support, and motivation to drive success.
• Customer Relations: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by fostering trust, transparency, and a commitment to quality service.
• Inventory & Pricing Strategy: Work closely with the dealership management team to optimize pricing and inventory turnover.
• Marketing & Promotions: Assist in planning and executing sales promotions, advertising strategies, and customer engagement activities.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all sales activities adhere to dealership policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably in a management role at a used car dealership.
