What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher position at Phoenix Battery Service, LLC?
We are seeking a organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a roadside assistance dispatcher. This is a full-time position .
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming service calls , ensuring accurate data entry and documentation
- Utilize transportation management systems to schedule and assign drivers for mobile roadside service
- Coordinate with our technicians and AAA members, to ensure timely and efficient service calls completed
- Monitor service call progress using GPS tracking systems and provide updates to relevant parties
- As a dispatcher you will oversee 40 plus employees between Phoenix, Mesa, Tucson and Las Vegas .
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities, including various reports .
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining professional phone etiquette -Paid Training
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in dispatching not necessary (willing to train the right person )
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to read and understand maps
- Strong analytical skills to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with GPS tracking systems is an advantage
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
