What You’ll Do:
- Work with existing accounts to enroll employees in voluntary benefit programs.
- Conduct sales consultations with individuals and small groups to present customized insurance solutions.
- Utilize leads from current accounts—no cold calling required!
- Participate in an intense one-week training program to prepare for pre-licensing and sales success.
- Spend time in the office completing coursework and practicing outreach calls.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring their benefit needs are met.
