Position: Sales Coordinator/Advocate

Phoenix Building Solutions is a high-end park model home manufacturer that believes in building dreams, not just homes. We're growing fast and hiring a Sales Coordinator & Customer Advocate to be the vital link between our sales team, production crew, purchasing department, transportation team, accounting office, and customers.

This is a mission-critical position within a tight-knit, fast-moving, values-driven company that cares deeply about quality, communication, and doing things right the first time.

Job Responsibilities:

• Be the Bridge: Ensure orders are submitted accurately and completely by reviewing specs, confirming options, and communicating with the production team.
• Ensure Flawless Builds: Work side-by-side with the plant team to guarantee every home is built to customer specifications.
• Document the Journey: Take step-by-step photos of each home's build process to share with customers via the sales team.
• Support the Sale: Be prepared to sell directly to walk-in customers and earn commission.
• Coordinate with Purchasing: Collaborate with purchasing to ensure materials are ordered on time and align with unit specifications.
• Oversee Delivery Details: Work with accounting and transportation departments to prepare each home for shipment and delivery.

Requirements:

• Must be on-site in Alabama.
• Prior experience in detail-intensive, customer-facing roles, preferably in construction, logistics, manufacturing, or high-end product coordination.
• Must be willing to relocate if not currently local.
• Must have professional communication skills across teams.

Compensation & Growth:

• $40,000/year base salary to start.
