What are the responsibilities and job description for the Safety Manager position at PHOENIX COMMUNICATIONS, INC?
The Safety Manager at Phoenix Communications, Inc., will partner with the company President and Senior Managers to establish and develop a culture of safety throughout the company. The Safety Manager will architect and implement safety programs to ensure a safe, healthy, and accident-free work environment for every employee and our constituents. The individual will also provide technical and compliance expertise to the field employees on good safety habits, manage the day-to-day department operations in support of safety for each of the company’s line of business units, and ensure proper reporting and management of all workers’ compensation, general liability, and auto claims within the organization.
