Personal Assistance Coordinator
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have completed all areas of required training with a competency score of 80% or above.
- CPR training must be current
- Must have negative TB or chest x-ray.
- Must meet all requirements of the Criminal Background checks.
- Must have the ability to interpret and instruct staff in the implementation of all plans: PCISP, Behavior Plan, Health Risk Management Plan, and Medication Administration
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and complete all required documentation and reports
- Demonstrates skills to perform supervisory tasks according to Agency policy/procedures and State/Federal Regulations.
Specific Responsibilities: PAC supervisor will be in the office Monday through Friday and work remotely as necessary.
· Responsible for building and managing the scheduling of Direct Support staff across assigned PAC clients
· Responsible for ensuring staff implement all client plans, including Person-Centered Individual Support Plans (PCISP), Behavior Support Plans (BSP), Goals, and Health Risk Plans
· Communicate ongoing information/updates between DSP, Nurse, Administration, Case Manager, Behavior clinicians, Clients, and Guardians
· Train and supervise Direct support staff following the PCS training guidelines and onboarding outline.
· Participates in and coordinates employee training.
· Ensures all required documentation is descriptive and submitted after each scheduled shift.
· Complete daily billing tasks and submit complete billing to the QIDP on the 16th and 30th of each month.
· Meet with potential clients for PAC services
· Complete intakes on potential PAC clients
· Monitor EVV hours/staff
· Build PAC plan for clients
· Hire and train staff for PAC clients
· Observe staff during PAC during schedule times
· Attend PAC client meetings
· Communicate with QIDP, Administration, & Nurse.
· Assist with human resources
· Maintain and update logs
· Maintain staff files and client office books
· Complete monthly goal summaries
· Conduct DSP interviews as well as Onboarding duties
· Keep office files stocked and up to date
· Ensure all offices are informed with any PCS changes/updates
· Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and promptly reports any violations to QIDP
· Complete other duties as assigned by Administration and QIDP
· Other duties as assigned by QIDP/Administration
· The position is an Hourly Position, overtime is subject to approval
· Annual Pay Increases are based on the Performance Evaluations.
