We are looking for a Front Desk Associate to serve as our first point of contact for our customers and potential clients. Front Desk Associate responsibilities include answering phones, taking orders, and some light operational work. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable experience for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Take orders over the phone
- Print invoices
- Process payments
- Respond to emails concerning orders
- Maintain filing with accordance of company standard
- Some light clerical work and data entry
- Maintain a professional attitude with our clients
Skills
- Work experience as a Front Desk Associate, Receptionist or similar role
- Experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Write professional emails
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must have a valid CCW
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- High school or equivalent (Required)
