- 1-year experience as an Instructor in Part 141 School
- Must have at least 1000 flight hours.
- Commercial Pilot License with Airplane Single Engine.
- Airplane Multiengine & Instrument Airplane ratings.
- Certified Flight Instructor License with Airplane Single Engine.
- Airplane Multiengine, & Instrument Airplane ratings.
- FAA approval for a stage check & examining authority
