Also are in need of an experienced Solar veteran who is a leader. ILLINOIS IS THE HOTTEST STATE FOR SOLAR, AT LEAST FOR THE NEXT 8 YEARS DUE TO STATE INCENTIVES SIGNED INTO LAW

We are looking for a Regional Outside Sales Manager that would be located in Chicago, IL- An ideal candidate would be compensated for their relocation to our Chicago office!
The Regional Outside Sales Manager is responsible for developing, growth, and overall success of our teams in our Chicago office. This position reports directly to our Sales Director and has the support of our full corporate office including training and assistance managing sales representatives on their teams!

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist your sales team by actively training and leading on a daily basis

• Set the pace for your teams by leading from the front

• Demonstrate your leadership by ensuring goals are hit each week

• Regularly hold training sessions with your sales teams

• Scout, Qualify, and Interview new sales reps

• Complete the orientation process for new sales reps as well as training them on our softwares

• Regularly hold training sessions with your sales teams

• Develop the next leaders on your teams through mentorship and ongoing support

• Manage the territories and areas your teams will be marketing in

• Support the office and other managers by troubleshooting issues as they arise

• Help Phoenix by furthering our competitive culture

Qualifications:

• Management experience is a must!

• The ability to remain positive after a day of rejections

• Several years of door to door/canvassing experience

• Familiarity and experience in leading teams on the doors

• Ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients

• Familiarity with common CRM platforms within our industry

Expectations and Critical Skill Sets:

• Documented track record of successful door knocking in neighborhoods

• Documented track record of managing successful door knocking teams in the field

• Operate in a field environment within your assigned areas and not in an office setting. Daily local travel required

• A self-motivated problem solver with leadership skills that enjoys the competition of overcoming objections

• Results-oriented is a MUST! Indicators of success in this role include a sales record of hitting or exceeding sales targets and providing exceptional documented customer service

• Documented ability to organize and run motivational team meetings

• Professional communicator with exceptional language skills. Ability to professionally correspond routinely via written and verbal correspondences

• Respectfully handling correspondence with both customers and members on your team

• Insured transportation and a working smartphone are a NECESSITY for this
