Job Purpose:
The Bilingual Talent Acquisition Manager will play a key role in attracting top talent, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and implementing strategies to meet our organization’s staffing needs.
Description of Essential Duties:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
- Recruit for a diverse range of positions, with a primary focus on corporate roles, but also assisting with field/shop positions.
- Utilize various channels and platforms to attract and engage top-tier talent.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure suitability and cultural fit within the organization.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators.
- Ensure all recruitment processes comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain staffing relationships with staffing agencies.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive employee environment by championing and supporting employee needs; ensures the company culture/values/brand remains an on-going focus.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Qualification Requirements:

- Bilingual in Spanish and English REQUIRED – standard written and verbal communication skills to operate in a business setting.
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology or the equivalent preferred
- A minimum of three (3) years of proven talent acquisition/recruitment role in a high-volume environment.
- Proven experience handling many different levels of employment.
- Familiar with resume databases, professional networks, and social media platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical presence in the office during work hours for impromptu meetings and access to information/data is necessary for the position.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-started, motivated, and detail oriented.
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office.
- Strong aptitude for organization.
- High sense of urgency, ability, and willingness to meet deadlines.
- Strives to automate processes and procedures.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
