Job Purpose :
This work description is to provide a summary of job responsibilities for the Director of Concrete Operations position at Phoenix Fabricators and Erectors, LLC. Description of Essential Duties :
- Overall responsible for the Site / Civil & Foundation and the vertical concrete Shaft departments.
- Create and manage the production schedule for all foundation and civil / site work.
- Attend weekly scheduling meeting with Operations and monthly project review meeting with Operations and Finance.
- Operational Leadership :
Lead and manage all concrete operations, including production, quality control, logistics, and project management.
Establish and maintain quality control systems to ensure the highest standards of concrete quality.
Promote a culture of safety and ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of managers, supervisors, and production staff.
Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Prepare and manage the operational budget, including forecasting and financial reporting.
