Job Purpose :

The Senior Accountant is responsible for maintaining financial records and reports, performing complex financial analysis, account reconciliation, team leadership, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. To be successful, you should be able to work with a multitude of personalities at various levels, highly accurate, sense of urgency, with a process improvement mindset and show progression in your career.

Description of Essential Duties :

• Maintain financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.
• Prepare journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations.
• Maintain documentation for employees' credit card statements, purchasing, and conduct internal audits.
• Maintain company's fixed assets.
• Meet reporting deadlines (Sales / Use Tax, Business Licenses, etc.)
• Assist the Controller, as needed.
