OPERATIONS FINANCIAL ANALYST
Work Locations: in person in the Phoenix Global office in Radnor, PA, or our Northern Indiana office at the Port of Indiana, near Chicago.

Position Summary & Job Description:
We are looking for an Operations Financial Analyst to add to our US Finance team. The role of the Financial Analyst is to drive positive operational performance through financial analytics and adherence to GAAP. More specifically, the responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Participate in the month-end close ensuring accuracy of results and understanding variance drivers. General Ledger reconciliations as necessary to ensure accuracy of financial statements
- Prepare internal financial reports and variance analysis - highlighting opportunities and risk areas – taking immediate action to mitigate
- Partner with Operations to drive cost efficiencies through analysis of KPIs, continuous improvement, and capital projects
- Participate in Forecasts and the annual Budget plan
- As a key member of the team participate in the implementation of SAP S4/Hana, new technologies, processes and procedures that SAP will bring
- Proactively identifying, researching, and reporting upon variances to leaders within the organization
- Collaboration with multiple internal departments along with business leaders to develop accurate budgets and guide business leaders on a path to success
- Perform ad hoc analysis as needed
Qualifications, skills, and abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum 3 years of experience, manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently within timelines
- Experience with major accounting platforms; SAP experience is a plus
- Proficiency within the Microsoft suite of products – namely Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power BI is a plus.

- Easy to understand written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Willing to travel as needed to our US locations
