About the Role:
Join Phoenix Group as a Knowledge Management Support Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in empowering the CT1 Community, including senior government and military leaders. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert knowledge management support to CT1 Community Leaders.
- Plan, execute, and facilitate critical knowledge management events, including:
- KM Community of Practice (KMCoP) Meetings
- Three Leadership Group (3LG) Meetings
- CT1 Annual Community Events
- Availability Hot Washes, KSN Meetings, and CVN Retrospectives
- Collaborate closely with Carrier Project Teams and CT1 programs to enhance knowledge sharing and execution.
- Travel up to 12 times per year to attend and support key meetings and events.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in business or technical management 3 years of direct CVN availability planning experience.
- Option 2: Associate degree 5 years of direct CVN availability planning experience.
- Option 3: 5 years of Knowledge Management experience 7 years of CVN availability planning experience.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proven expertise in CVN availability planning within public or private shipyards.
- Experience in Knowledge Management (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with senior government and military personnel.
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a SECRET security clearance.
- Ability to pass a background check for NNS shipyard access.
