- Assist residents with daily living (hygiene, dressing, feeding, ambulation).
- Respond to call lights promptly and ensure comfort and safety.
- Observe and report changes in resident health to nurses.
- Follow infection control protocols to maintain a safe long-term care environment.
- Support a positive and compassionate patient care experience.
- Hourly pay: $18/hour
- Shift differential: $1/hour from 10 p.m.–6 a.m.
- Full-time and part-time available
- Valid STNA license in the state of Ohio
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods
